All products are only eligible for refunds and return only if they’re kept at 0-8 degrees at all times, failing to do so will lead to the juice getting spoilt and your claim will be null and void. All refunds and returns are on the sole discretion of Canectar Foods Pvt Ltd upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.
RETURNS You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid)
REFUNDS Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 15 days
SHIPPING You need to keep the products ready so our delivery boys can get them collected. We will call and let you know when the next pick up will take place.
CANCELLATIONS An order cannot be cancelled once the payment is complete. The only exception will be inventory mismatch at our end. If you end up buying a product that is out of stock, we will cancel the order and refund full payment. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
