The Policies listed below help explain the various polices governing the usage of our website and consditions under which your sugarcane juice orders will be delivered to you through our innovative CaneBOT Vending Machines and bought through our website  (the “Site”). We are committed to protecting and respecting every customer’s privacy.

Personal Information:

We do not collect personal information, like name or address, when you visit or order from our website. You may choose to provide  personal information to us only in case you want to initiate any kind of feedback/refund etc; but not as a part of regular transaction.


We do collect some technical information when you visit to make your visit seamless. The section below explains how we handle and collect technical information when you visit our website.


Information collected and stored automatically:

When you visit our Site, we automatically gather and store certain technical information about your visit. This information never identifies who you are. The information we collect and store about your visit is listed below:

Delivery Policy


1. Order Placement and Payment

Orders must be placed through our Site. Upon selecting your product(s) and completing the payment process, you will receive a unique single use QR code that serves as proof of purchase and allows you to collect your order from our CaneBOT Vending Machine


2. QR Code Delivery

The single use QR code will be delivered to immediately you electronically on the device (mobile phone / desktop) via which the order is placed upon successful processing of the  payment


3. QR Code Usage

  • Collection Process: To collect your order, please visit CaneBOT Vending Machine, open your QR code, and scan it at the machine’s designated scanner. The CaneBOT Machine will then process your order and deliver your fresh sugarcane juice

  • One-Time Use: Each QR code is valid for a single use only. Once scanned, the code becomes invalid for further transactions.

  • Validity: Your QR code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Please ensure you redeem your fresh sugarcane juice within this timeframe, as the code will expire afterward.


4. Issues with QR Code

Should you encounter any issues with your QR code, such as difficulty in scanning or if you believe your code was not issued correctly, please contact our customer service immediately through email to or WhatsApp to +91.9881234589. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue as swiftly as possible.

5. Changes or Cancellations

Due to the nature of our service and the immediate issuance of the QR code, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the payment has been made and the QR code has been issued. We appreciate your understanding

6. Refunds and Complaints

7. Policy Updates

Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

We would like to inform our customers that all the products once processed, dispensed and sold by CaneBOT cannot be returned


Refund Policy:

CaneBOT will provide refunds only  in the circumstances where money has been  debited from customer’s end and received by CaneBOT  but the product was not dispensed from the CaneBOT machine.


Refund Process:

Please follow the below-mentioned procedure in order to claim a refund:

  • To claim a refund, the customer should contact the Company via by emailing us at or WhatsApp on +91.9881234589

  • Any application for refund should be placed within 24 hours from the time of transaction. If a claim is made after the stipulated time frame, that claim will not be eligible for any refund

  • Every claim for refund should include the following details:

    • Customer Name

    • Customer Mobile Number

    • Transaction details – Transaction ID, Date, Product Name and Price

    • Payment Screenshot

    • Machine Location and ID

    • Short description of the issue faced

  • Once the customer submits the claim, our support team will contact the customer to assist him/her on the claim.

  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer


General Terms for Refund Policy:

  • Orders once processed, dispensed and sold by CaneBOT cannot be returned

  • No Refund will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations

  • Customer cannot cancel the order and/or demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed

Our Refund modes:

Once the claim is investigated and verified, we will initiate the refund of the money. The money or the equivalent wallet money will be credited to the UPI ID/e-wallet from which the transaction has occurred.



  • Coupons are valid for a limited time only. CaneBOT reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time

  • The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item

  • If you request refund for any of the items purchased on discount, the discounted amount will be refunded

  • Offer good while supplies last

  • CaneBOT has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any coupon

  • Consumers are required to pay any applicable taxes related to the use of the coupon
